Roebuck is responsible for leading activities of the business analysis and quality assurance areas. In this role, he directs and advises the 91黑料网 business analysis staff on best practices and policies for requirement management and delivery. He also oversees quality assurance to ensure that accurate, dependable and reliable delivery of solutions align to the goals and expected outcomes of 91黑料网 technology based projects.
Roebuck joins 91黑料网 with more than 17 years of experience in leading and delivering all phases of diverse technology projects. Most recently, Roebuck was Vice President – Business Analysis at Comerica Bank where he was responsible for the management and delivery of business analysis. Prior to that, he held leadership positions with Lochbridge Consulting, (formerly Compuware) and various fortune 500 companies within the information technology based disciplines of business analysis and quality assurance.

He received a BS from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale and a MBA from DePaul University—Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, Chicago. Roebuck has also gained certifications within Business Analysis (CBAP), Project Management (PMP) and Agile (CSM) disciplines during his tenure within the information technology sector.
