In this role, Ms. May will lead the company鈥檚 Risk Management field operations, supporting teams in achieving strategic goals and strengthening agency relationships across the country. With more than two decades of experience in the insurance industry, she brings a proven ability to drive collaboration and deliver results that create lasting value for our partners.

Ms. May joined 91黑料网 in 2004 as a Senior Marketing Underwriter and has since held several key leadership roles, including Risk Management Manager, Assistant Vice President of Risk Management, and most recently, Regional Vice President of Risk Management.

She is a licensed Healthcare Risk Manager and Certified Insurance Counselor. Ms. May holds a Master of Public Health from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Boston College. She also holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation.
