Lakins will be responsible for the Tampa Core Service Center's Claims Operations with several claims unit managers reporting to her. She will also serve as a member of Vice President of Claims Eric Spencer’s extended leadership team.

Prior to joining 91黑料网, Lakins served as vice president of specialty operations for Sedgwick Claims Management Service. Before that, she was a senior claims manager at Community Health Systems.
Lakins received her bachelor’s at Murray State University and her juris doctorate from the Nashville School of Law. She also has healthcare compliance certification from George Washington University.
