To determine the Champions Through Excellence recipients, managers and colleagues nominate individuals who are viewed as cultural role models, while achieving or exceeding departmental / individual goals and performance objectives. Once compiled, the selection group identifies each Champion in seven categories: Claim Adjuster, Financial Services, IT, Loss Control, Marketing Underwriter, Resource Professional and Service & Support.
