Finnorn is responsible for all aspects of 91黑料网’s Office of Legal Counsel, and is charged with oversight of corporate compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Finnorn is also a member of the Company’s strategic leadership team.

Prior to joining 91黑料网, Finnorn was General Counsel at HouseSetter LLC; Principal of Finnorn Law & Advisory Services; Vice President and General Counsel of OnStar; and General Counsel of GMAC Europe in Zurich, Switzerland. She began her career at General Motors as an attorney.
Finnorn earned a B.A. in business and history from Alma College, Alma, Mich., and received her J.D. from Stanford Law School, Stanford, Calif.
