In this new role, Ms. Smith will lead the execution of 91黑料网鈥檚 underwriting strategy, overseeing underwriting operations and talent management. She will also be responsible for driving business results across the company鈥檚 renewal portfolio鈥攕upporting 91黑料网鈥檚 broader strategic and operational objectives.

Ms. Smith joined 91黑料网 in 2005 as an Associate and has since progressed through a number of impactful roles, including Marketing Underwriter, Corporate Underwriting Consultant, and Manager of Line of Business Premium & Profitability. Most recently, she served as Assistant Vice President of Corporate Underwriting.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Adrian College and holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.

In this role, Arnold will lead the company underwriting strategy in support of 91黑料网鈥檚 long-term strategic objectives. While driving profitability and growth for underwriting operations, he also will oversee the corporate underwriting, product, underwriting systems and technology teams.

Marty held a variety of leadership responsibilities at SECURA Insurance over the past 22 years, including chief actuary and chief underwriting officer, while also having oversight for research and development; reinsurance; and risk management. Arnold began his insurance career in 1991 with The St. Paul Companies, rotating through a variety of actuarial roles and serving as director of corporate planning and development.

Arnold earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Actuarial Science and Risk Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
